West Clinton Cell Phone Procedures:
Cell Phones and Smart Watches may only be used before or after school to contact parents
During school hours, phones and smart watches must be off and put away in backpacks.
Smartwatches used as phones count as phones.
Procedure Violations:
First time: WARNING
2nd Time: Pick up device in the front office after school
After That: Devices will be taken and can only be picked up by a guardian
